General 

You must be at least 18 years old to order products on LICA wear.

Prices & Payment

All prices are in Swedish currency SEK.

All payments are made in advance.
If you wish to pay with the Swish app, get in touch with us at info@licawear.com.

We update the shop continuously. If you have ordered an item that is sold out, we will contact you.

Delivery & Returns

Scandinavia                                  
Normally delivery takes around 1-3 days. Your delivery is shipped within 48 hours after the payment is received.

We ship with Postnord as 1st class mail (arriving the next working day). Shipping costs are included in the price. LICA wear does not take financial responsibility for any delays due to Postnord.

Europe

The rest of the World
For shipping to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Norway), taxes and administration fees are added by the shipping company. The amount varies depending on the value of the product, please contact your local customs office for the correct information. The consignee of the shipment is the importer of the shipment in the destination country and is responsible for all import charges. A separate invoice will be sent to you from our distribution partner Postnord or Schenker.

Damaged and uncollected packages
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately notify the carrier responsible and make a damage report. Do not collect a damaged package. If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the parcel and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to Postnord’s handling, you should contact them and make a damage report. If a dispute with Postnord cannot be resolved, contact LICA wear.

If you have ordered and do not collect your package before it is returned to us, we will refund you for the item but not for the return delivery cost. We reserve the right to charge you for handling costs, shipping costs and return costs.

Right of withdrawal & Returns
If you have received a faulty or defect item, we will replace it with a new one. You must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date in order to get the item replaced.
The dress must be unused and in the condition it was in when you received it when it is returned. Return the item together with your receipt or a copy of it. You will have to pay for the shipping costs of the return, but this will be refunded to you once we have received the dress.

According to Swedish laws, you have the right to return ordered faultless goods without giving any reason. Notification must be given as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods. All returns must be notified beforehand and approved before dispatch. To return, the dress must be unused and in the condition it was in when you received it. The shipping cost of the return is paid by the customer. By registering and placing an order, you agree that LICA wear may store and use your personal data in our business to complete and provide the service you expect from us. According to Swedish law (Personuppgiftslagen), you have the right to receive the information we have recorded on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register.
